Lets be realistic, on this form we will not get promoted. Something drastic has to change. We cannot rely on home form because sooner or later that bubble will burst and we will slip down the league. Its certainly not the ability in the squad. We only seem to start playing when we fall behind or on the occasions we have taken the lead we freeze and sit back and then lose. We cannot seem to hold onto a lead particularly against the 'easier' teams in the Division.
