Joe Lewis' time to shine?!

Tue Nov 06, 2012 9:24 pm

Drop Marshall for Lewis anyone? Marshall is too comfortable knowing he'll be on the team sheet game in, game out.

Time to up the competition and make him work for a place?

Marshall or Cowie will not be dropped for the next game.

I know he dropped one ball but can't judge otherwise.

One of out best players this season though.

Apparently his positioning for their 4th was awful too! But then I am going off the radio so I can't judge too much!

Still, a bit of competition for a place can bring out the best in players :old:

Lewis in goal, kev back, loan in a left back to get Taylor out, drop Cowie, get velakonja on, hopefully get Bellers and mutch fit.

Taking a wild guess that you don't get to many games?

Marshall has been outstanding so far this season.

Not made it to an away game yet this season but have been to every home game. I agree that he has been great so far, but like i said before, a little competition can't go a miss! It's silly little goals that is letting us down...

Have to agree to disagree on this one mate, I don't :ayatollah: believe a change between the sticks is the answer.

before we judge marshall, how about looking at the defence first. poor for starters so. bring mcnaughton back, we had a good balance i feel with him at the back, gunnerson and whitts in the centre, and play 442 uptop, give velonijka a game

Hes one of the best keepers in the league ffs. Cant stand this forum after we lose. Do people actualy go to games or is it just spotty teenagers trying to sound like they attend games?

Out of the top 12 teams in this division Marshall and our defence have conceded the most goals (22)

Don't see your point to be honest, You don't get promotion on who's conceded the fewest goals, you get promotion on whose got the most points and at the moment out of that top 12 we are 3rd. Id rather be 3rd and concede 22 than 12th and concede 15.
