I have been meaning to post somthing about Shattered Dreams for ages, so this seams a good thread to put it in. The other half finally, after many hints, bought the book for me this Christmas. I just wanted to say what a brilliant read it was, I honestly could not put it down. The book is a must read for any fan, especially those that have followed the City for the last 10-15 years. I found myself, as strange as it sounds, almost being in the book, as I relived all those stories.

As I say what a brilliant book. I will order the RAMs book myself as I’m not going to wait for more hints to get through.

I saw those computerised book readers the other day in John Lewis, I am sure they will take off in the next year or so, will you be able to download your books onto those???

I would imagine when they take off they could be very profitable as you would not need to print off books, and worry about how many to print each time ???

Shattered dreams was fantastic. I had it for christmas not just gone but the year before, and loved it then, but when I was at home at my parents couple of weeks back I picked it up again and enjoyed it even more.........it was just as everything was kicking off with the Riddler and reading some of the stories, that I was going through at the time but have put them to the back of my mind, was scarily familar. If anyone has it at the moment (and yes I am aware the author is reading this but I'm not kissing ass ) read the chapters about the end of Sam and how things were reported at the time. Very good read.
