is malkey the right man ???

Fri Nov 02, 2012 10:30 pm

before anybody jumps down my throat im not saying malkey out im just wondering what people think of his tactical abilities especially away from home with him persisting with a defensive 451 formation that clearly doesnt suit our team .
although a promising young manager does he have the tactical knowhow to get us out of this division when it gets tough come march/april ??
does he need a guide like freedman has taken with him at bolton in lennie lawrence to help him in his development as a manager ??
only asking the question because soo many fans seem confused as to why we play differently away than we do at home and could possibly end up costing us an automatic place if its not sorted soon ???
just a question not saying sack him i think we have a good young manager just maybe he needs advice sometimes !!

nothing to do with how well we are doing the question is would he benefit from having a more experianced guy around him tactically ? for his development as a manager nothing to do with the team . his tactics and results away have been shocking fact . nothing against him hes doing well but if he doesnt buck up away from home we wont be top much longer

On 3 bad away performances, really? Bristol new players who have since improved dramatically like Connolly, palace we gave away through poor play by helguson and forest we were just shit. Lets see how we do tomorrow and the next six away games before writing Malkey off :ayatollah:

Yes he is. And the right man to jump down your throat would be Marc Almond - you seem to be the sort of bloke that would enjoy a few 'pints' with him.

not sure who he is but im guessing its not a compliment . the question was would he become a better manager with a more experianced guy next to him ? may have slightly misquoted the subject name so i apologise but i still believe hes tactically lacking and could do with an experianced advisor . :ayatollah: do like malkey mind think hes got loads of potential
