Training at the Vale

With the kids off school I am sure I am not the only one contemplating taking the kids up to watch the club training.
Are they there every morning and if so at what times please?

usually most mornings but they do get a day off think it might be wednesday try to get there for 10 ish finnishes about mid day hope you enjoy it
