Does the club release the family stand tickets

Thinking of taking my 3 kids down for the Sheff Wed game and as my boys have not gone before I would want them to go into the family stand, Just looked on eticketing and all tickets sold, This I find hard to believe

Best to ring the club as e-ticketing always shows it sold out.

This was my world last year.

Phone the ticketline and they put you in an overflow section ( I visited nearly all the stands). The problem I found was when we were in the Canton the language and tone was not what I wanted my 10 year old daughter to listen too. Not complaining about that, that is why we have a 6000 seater family stand. Used to piss me off when I saw all the empty seat though.
