Anti social behaviour

Over the past week a few windows have been smashed on cars and then an elderly couple had their living room window done in..
Police are useless and won't or can't do f**k all.


But I've jus walked the dog past a group of youths all boasting about their antics... I recognise a few of these FUCKTARDS and wanted to say something, but given as there's 10 or so of them and only me and my dog added I had my iPhone and wallet with bout £160 init I decided against it.

How would you deal with these fuckers as I see them on a regular basis and I will be informing the victims (my neighbours) of what happened tonight as all 10 live local.
