I think everyone that was there yesterday would say we played our best (or close too) game of the season and yet it was probably the worst atmosphere. There have been a few threads about this but I have my own little look on it.
I've been a season ticket holder now for around 7 years I think it is, and for years I have attended games on my own and looked forward to it, getting to my seat before kick off, (or terrace back in Ninian) soaking up the atmosphere, singing and enjoying the whole day. It wouldn't matter if I was with 8 mates or on my own, I looked forward to going and wouldn't want to miss a game.
Now something has changed, even though we are top of the league, when it comes to game time, especially on a Tuesday, if I'm on my own, I can't really be bothered to come, I don't look forward to it as much.
We are top of the league, the strongest squad I've ever seen and I can't get as motivated, but I can't put my finger on what the problem is.
Is it because I'm getting older ?
Because really, deep down I know we've sold out ?
Am I losing my passion for the team ?
I remember a around 7 8 years ago when we played Reading at home and Peter Thorne banged in a brace to keep us out of the relegation zone, poor squad at the time, poor football but loved it, now it just isn't the same.
Does anyone else agree ?
What's your opinion on it, does it feel the same for you ?

not another one, cant we just merge all these into one, why not post this comment on the other threads about atmosphere instead of clogging up forum with same thing.
