Ettien was purchased for around £1m.
Could he be this years Filip Kiss? Has Malky again purchased a player that isn't good enough week in week out to be competing at this level?

Kim, Was he even Malkys signing or was he purchased by our investors as a selling factor in the Far East?
£2.6m and Not good enough for the 2nd division in England.


These two players have cost almost a 3rd of our spent budget so far this season and have hardly kicked a ball.I know there is a long way to go,as we're only 12 games in but with the injuries we have sustained surely we should have seen more of them?

Kim was malkays signing,he d been watching him for years,he said when he signed him,we got him for 3 years,not 3 months.whats the rush to play him and etien,we are joint top so why risk them if they are not quite ready,malkay watches them everyday in training and will play them when time is right.

Yeah, I trust Malky on this. He sees the players day in and day out. Maybe Kimbo and Etien aren't necessarily playing badly, they're just not performing as well as others are. As the above poster said, we are top two so if that's the case then I'm not desperate for them to get involved. Kimbo has shown great potential though. Not sure about Etien mind. Seems a bit lightweight. I'd still play him over Mason right now but Malky must have his reasons.

Really looking forward to them both playing, possibly together, could be some exciting football in store for us.

dont think they will start a league game soon best chance of seeing them start will be in our first fa cup game ....its just not those 2 either kiss cost £500k plus wages ..harris cost £150k + makes me w2onder if our squad really is that strong ......marshall hudson turner taylor gunnerson cowie whitts conway mason gestede mcnoughton all here last season all starting or coming on from the bench

Glad its just a theory mate your speculation in my view is well wide of the mark.

It amazes me that a few people actually think this, now only malky knows why Ettien and kim bo are not getting game time, but if kim bo had been bought on the word of VT then surely he would be insisting that he plays week in, week out, not only for him to be paraded in the far east market, but because VT forked out almost £3 million for him, i also don't think that malky is the kind of manager who would allow outside forces to "bully" him into signings he didn't want.
