Malky do I back him ?

This is totally weird situation. We have an excellent squad and are home form and tactics are 100% spot on. Now away from home it is total reverse and the problems IMO are obvious. Do I want him sacked ? No of coarse not he is a young manager and he is learning. But that being said he is very stubborn and he does not want to admit his selections away from home is just not working.
But if this continues we won't get relegated but we won't get promoted either. If we Win all our home games and loose all our away we should stand bang in the middle of the table
But we ain't joint top as some have said we are second on goal difference , now remember we lost out on the play offs once because of one goal, so we are second which is still fantastic.
But I do believe if Malky sorts out the mess in our away games and with our squad I really do believe we will storm this league , so that's not negative of me is it ? Our team is made up of attacking players so for fook sakes use that squad to its benifits.
