nothing earth shattering to add to this, but what i will say is that Malky seems to be pinning his hopes on us not dropping too many points at the CCS.
He may well be proved right if we are there or there abouts at the end of the season, but it's putting a lot of pressure on the team to perform at the highest level EVERY home match.
Yes it's the old addage "win your home games & take what you can away" but I don't think the players we have are set up to play with 1 up front away, unless you play Noone & Bellers and hit teams on the counter with pace.
That said, 22 points from 11 = 2 points average per match, and that will get you out of any division if you can maintain that average over the season, so all in all it's no point to hit the panic button just yet surely????
Tough game on Tuesday, but i think the boys will be well up for it after today so that can only be good.
