We used to have a Hate Joe Jordan club at school. Every Wednesday lunchtime we used to gather round a photo of him on the noticeboard & have a communal silent hate session for about 10 mins. Never forgiven him!

Have you noticed the pro-Scottish conspiracy in the media? All Sky concentrated on was Fletcher's goal & how unlucky the Jocks were. Even Bowen went along with it. No repeated replays of the most blatant penalty that we were denied when Berra did that judo throw on Davies; barely a mention of it in the post-match analysis.

The same when Leivein was interviewed. The biggest robbery since Brinks Mat according to him. Why didn't the Sky reporter challenge him about the Davies pen to balance things out? Must be illegal to point out the truth to a manager of Scotand it seems.

It appears to have been accepted as an absolute truth that Bale was lucky to win our actual pen too. The fact that Mahoney ran across the back of him & clipped his leg when Bale was in full flow was ignored again. The replays were obvious to me, but not to MacAllister or whoever the Scottish summariser was - Wales were lucky.

Leivein (or however you spell it) even had the gall to bring up the Czech match as part of his conspiracy theory argument - which again went unchallenged. Even at the tme I thought that our media were gutless for not highlighting the fact that in the first half of that game that arsehole Adam went in studs up in his penalty area over the top of the ball & took out the Czech player with a stamp on the shin. Automatic red card & stonewall penalty for the Czechs. Was not even mentioned in the aftermath of that game - the media went along with the "Scottish victims, never our fault" myth

So I'm well chuffed that Fletcher's perfectly good goal was not only disallowed, but that we came back to beat the cheating barstewards!
