Strange when a team from division below comes knocking for your manager.

Having left Bmouth for Burnley in first place its a bizarre one :?

Can only be down to location and quality of life surely.

Plenty nice places Howe could live around Lancs / Cheshire though. Just commute in every day.

It is a bizarre one this as surely as a manager you want to test your skills in the highest league possible.
He must seriously lack ambition as a person i think. :? :?

I read it was for personal reasons.

Burnley not doing great though and back to be a saviour, easy choice maybe not the best choice though.

So more about failure than passion?
I he was that passionate he wouldn't have left.

When Howe left Bmth they were very much an overachieving club. In Mitchell they have a clown of a chairman who is the puppet for a Russian paymaster in my opinion. Mitchell has no idea of how to run a club, he is a property developer in Sandbanks and whilst he is great at that his priority seem to be developing the car park at AFCB whilst he still has a 3 sided ground.

If Howe comes back to Bmth then the current paymasters will bankroll it but if you were worried about the City as a badly run club then I think Bmth are skating on even thinner ice. They have spent big by league 1 standards but have no fan base and are abysnal thus far this season.

Expectations at their club are seriously worse than at ours, they have been burned twice already by admin and I suspect that if they don't make it up this season they are more screwed than us and having signed David James then they have no hope. I think Howe may move but with Redknapp in the background too, a russian and a local property developer then I would be suspicious. Howe is very presentable and probably a good face for his employees and their dealings.

PS Burnley, lived there for one night when we got promoted there in the 80's, a right cesspit, Bmth in comparison an absolute oasis, no decision for a wealthy young man with a small family.

Crap manager. When they lose he needs to stand up and point out it was their faults.. always trys to take the postives out of the game everytime.. its okay to do that but not all the time.
