Plumber wanted.

Does anyone know of any out of work plumbers in the Cardiff area? I am a self-employed plumber/gas engineer and I am trying to find someone that could give me a hand for some work I have on. It's not a permanent postition at the moment and would be on a sub-contracting basis initially, but could be more in the future.

Ideally I am looking for someone who knows his way around water plumbing but doesn't mind doing some property maintenance work as well.
