Cowie

I know i never went away today and i watched it on sky and i know that it is a different game when you are there as i have been to 50 plus grounds and enjoy every trip ( thank you rams ) but i honestly believe that Cowie is not a starter this year only because we are a much much stronger side this year, he is a player who can help us close a game not a starter, can i ask what your opitions are guys and dolls

Thought he did well today in the middle

Well people have to realise, last season he played on the wing, and not in his natural central position. When playing the central role, hes a very good player. Against Palace, he was very effective and had a good game.

However, I didnt go to the game today, but from what I saw, he didnt do much wrong. But I do agree, if hes not playing the central role, then he shouldnt start, for me Conway should have started.

Look guys i think he is a great player and i am not knocking his abilty but the more possitive we are the better we are.The one thing i want to do is knock Malky and the boys it is fantastic so for but my pervious post is just my opition thats all

I don't see what somebody at the game could see that I can't, if I'm watching a live game. We've got better than Cowie, but he's a good sub, providing he's played in the right position.

yeah agree there, helguson motm because of his 2 goals. apart from that no one stood out

He was superb last year, and it's only because of the excellent signings Mackay has made that he's on the bench.

Would be a starter in many other Championship sides.

we must remember maynard is out for a long time, bellamy will only play 30 games ish if he stays fit,
their for we have to be better prepared

never the less 3 points away from home,
improvement is needed for us to go away to bigger sides and win with the same starting 11

Cowie is a quality player and just someone who is made a scapegoat at times. He obviously is dedicated to the club and thats why he will happily play out of position. There are loads of players who would say no to that and pick up their wage from the bench.
