Varsity - Albany Road

Sat Oct 06, 2012 8:16 pm

For the life of me I don't know why I headed to this establishment as it's plastic central and by f**k I was right. If it wasn't for the pair of tits behind the bar I would have left at half time. My real gripe is the fact that most screens were dedicated to the Gunners/Hammers game and I had to question where I was f*cking watching the game. Far too many plastic in this City.

That coupled with a shit pint, full of young chopsy cunts, a distinct American feel to the place and the fact that Don f*cking Cowie got another game made the experience very distasteful.

It mainly attracts all the students in the area, so its not really suprising that they're not watching city. Could be worse, you could be living in Port Talbot and watching the Swans game

It's a Saturday evening, wouldn't dream of entering town as it's full of cunts getting pissed up from the Valleys nowadays. Headed down the Tavi for a few, good to see it's getting back on it's feet. End of the day I am a Roath boy through and through and by f**k it's died a death since it's hey day in the 60s/70s.

I was in there too. Had to travel down because my local has been priced out by the robbing cunts at sky. Full of English students and plastics watching the premiership football.

Shit pub.

It was rocking in the corp. I remember turning to my dad and saying that something special is brewing in the city!! It went absolutely mental when we equalised and scored the winner. Beer everywhere

:ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Not a plastic in sight. What do you expect going out in student central

It's hilarious how people stick up for him as if he's and elderly citizen though. He hasn't done a bad job in duping people.
