Conway definitely made the difference, with him being more of an attacking threat meant that carlos edwards was pinned back a lot more defending, that way edwards wasn't as much of a threat going forward as he was in the first half, well played craig and good on you malky for seeing the problem and bringing him on.

Staggered Conway has hardly had a look in this season. His performance against Ipswich proved his worth.

always thought he was a good player. What choices we have. By the wat the first goal was a disgrace on several levels.

i was gutted he got injured at the end of last season and i found it amazing when bellers was injured why cowie was played out wide instead of a real wide player like conway ..... its funny sometimes what managers think because before the likes of noone and smith were brought in we were fecking rubbish!

hes a natural wide man and immediately gave us much needed width when he came on
hes a tremendous battelr aswell,conway,cowie and gunnar worked tremendously hard in midfield pushing for tht winner
