MY UNCLE WAS JAMES BOND

Well not quite, but close enough to get some street cred when I was a kid, I'll try and keep it brief, but it is true.
My Grandfather Edgar was a first cousin of Dorothy Squires, who back in the day wa a famous singer and full on party socialite girl. I only ever met her twice and the second time is worth a story on it's own.

Well anyway, it was Dorothy who was then referred to as my Aunt rather than my tenth cousin twice removed who discovered Roger Moore as a young good looking toyboy who went on to marry her and then get introduced into big time acting and James Bond for a number of years.

Well obviously a bit of artistic licence was used by my goodself to turn Roger (the man I never met) into the bestest closest Uncle on God's earth, as you do.
Didn't stop me getting the odd hammering off the bigger boys though, f**k me they must have been hard, they weren't even scared of James Bond coming to get some payback on my behalf.

Well i've lived and seen it all now!
Dorothy Squires was also a distant relative of mine also.
So in some way i must be related to you Gwyn! - And with this in mind i will be happily keeping my identity on hear a secret for ever now i know this fact
