Spot on Tony.
They had respect for Gary Speed and have none whatsoever fo this current tool.
I'm sure we have all been in a situation where we have had a boss we do not respect and thus do the bare minimum of work. Whereas a respected boss will get motivated staff to pull out all the stops.

I agree, but being realistic, if I had a boss who's ideas were totally alien to the way I used to work which achieved a modicum of success, would my heart be totally in it?
I think not, it's human nature. And that's where Malky has made a difference to us and why we totally over achieved last season.
How many times have you seen a new manager come into a failing team and turn them around immediately?
Unfortunateley Coleman has had the opposit effect.

Well done. Round of applause. Let's face it, this is http://www.cardiffcityforum.co.uk so it is expected to be biased towards Cardiff City and against Swansea, so it's only fair that you come on here and defend Swansea at every opportunity.
