I can hear the conversation now......'right lads, we don't like that Coleman, lets play shit so we don't qualify for the World Cup finals ruining the best chance we've had for years.....that'll show him!'

A conversation like that probably doesn't happen but from their body language it is clear the players have no faith in Coleman or are confused by his instructions.

He needs to buck up quickly.

Spot on Tony.

They had respect for Gary Speed and have none whatsoever fo this current tool.

I'm sure we have all been in a situation where we have had a boss we do not respect and thus do the bare minimum of work. Whereas a respected boss will get motivated staff to pull out all the stops.

to do the bare minimum when representing your country would be disgraceful

I agree, but being realistic, if I had a boss who's ideas were totally alien to the way I used to work which achieved a modicum of success, would my heart be totally in it?

I think not, it's human nature. And that's where Malky has made a difference to us and why we totally over achieved last season.

How many times have you seen a new manager come into a failing team and turn them around immediately?

Unfortunateley Coleman has had the opposit effect.

Well done. Round of applause. Let's face it, this is www.cardiffcityforum.co.uk so it is expected to be biased towards Cardiff City and against Swansea, so it's only fair that you come on here and defend Swansea at every opportunity.

I appreciate what you're saying but I can't get my head round the idea that someone would turn out for their country and not give 100%. Far better to do a Bellamy and not bother if you know you can't perform your best for the manager.

In your opinion, Jack, which, let's face it, counts for shit on here.

Nope,it's fact.

Bias is useless when trying to determine factual occurances. If you think this whole saga is down to bias then the view is as useless as a glittery ninja.
