Odds on for a Bringing the game into Disrepute charge if found guilty by the BHA I reckon.

I think he has more of a problem with the police if the BHA have proof he was giving a bribe to a jockey to throw a race and then betting on the horse to lose on the exchanges.

Don't they call that fraud.

I agree Gary, but he also seems to never learn in a lot of ways.

Not really interested in this case but one thing i can say is we got rid of chops at the right time.

He is charged with affecting the results of a sport that he does not partake in. Imagine what he could do betting on a sport that he CAN affect the result of.

But there is no proof he has so its got nout to do with them

He is not allowed or is any other player to place bets on games in the division he plays in - FACT.

if any player breaks this rule they are in trouble with the FA .

Owners and directors can be charged if thy break the rules of another sport.

Thre are no regulations regarding players but don't you think it will reflect pretty badly on football if one of its high profile players is found guilty of bribery.

I wouldn't be surprised if that the way the FA see it
