New Interest in football

One of my daughters(14yrs old) has shown an interest in football to the point that we both went to the game last night, and she really enjoyed it, I have over the years told her my love of Cardiff City etc. Anyway would anyone have any suggestions what football books I can buy her, as she would really love to know about the history especially any books about fans etc, and no not hooligan books

annis had a book about the clubs fans put in the club shop the other day i think, dont think its about hooligans either, not sure though

Try the cheap book/discount bookshops they always have out of date football encyclopaedias for sale.
Hamlyn books(publishers) used to do cracking ones when I was a kid

Fever Pitch by Nick Hornby. Tell her to watch the film as well - same title - it stars Colin Firth. Probably the best football film ever made, in my opinion.

I just gave away a few books and programmes to a charity, they have a table in Argos in town an u can just donate (recommended £1) so if your in town pop in and have a look.
