He is on TalkSport now, he mentioned he spent time with Craig Bellamy this morning.

Campbell was talking about it on sky sports news (i think) ages ago. Hes played a decent semi pro level around south wales aswell so guess he can actually incorporate the sprint training needed for a match.

Im sure he is a private trainer that does it on a 1 to 1 basis at the needs of the client so he gets to travel up and down the country for business etc.

Loosely based i would imagine as the case could be that he works on a freelance basis, would make a lot of sense as he is based in the South Wales area.
