Is it really 10 years since he died? Good to see that Blackpool are remembering where they came from.

Quality Bloke, treated appallingly by City at the end
Replaced by Bobby Gould, appointed assistant manager....then demoted further by Hamman when Cork was brought to the club....a week later he was sacked
He appeared at a FAW premier cup tie later that week at Ninian Park received a standing ovation from the faithful
Always remember Billy up in Merthyr in December 97 shorts & tee shirt.....it was blo*dy freezing
