O/T Mobile contract

Hi all, I upgraded without thinking of consequences an I'm now stuck with a iPhone 4S till April 2014, £700 to cancel ... However the call centre folks from '3' said I can transfer the contract to anyone willing to take it over and have no come backs to myself, so the question after that long winded intro is does anyone know how legit this would be and would credit checks etc need to be followed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

What date did you upgrade?

Wasn't really expecting loads of response to be honest, umm was in August so phone is only just over a 2 months old, hence the £700 odd termination charge

About the credit check, we'll mine isn't perfect but it didn't seem to bother 3.
I ordered everything online and less than 24hrs later the iPhone was on my doorstep.

I would suggest sticking with it until sept next year, as no doubt there will be a new iPhone or other super smart device about to be released, then choose an upgrade and sell your 4s.

What's your network coverage like (what area are you in?) as I'm in Scotland and at times I get poor signal (In my house for instance).

Network hasn't really been a issue although it does drop occasionally, I'm in Caerphilly so I think there are a lot of signal towers on the mountain... I was hoping to offload the phone on someone as I barely use it hindsight is a lovely thing >:-|
