they are having a training seesion this thursday at 6pm on Cathcob Playing fields (behind Tesco St Mellons)

i think they do all ages mate.they just didnt have the under 7's so starting 1 up. i will ask about the under 9's.
as for my contacts they not willing to pay the price for the squad i could supply
