Any reason why phones are cheaper in Carphone Warehouse?

Looking for a Blackberry on contract with Orange. Been looking around a few sites and I have been told by people that Carphone Warehouse rip you off but I have been on there and there are better Orange deals with Carphone Warehouse then on the Orange website.

As I am a cheap skate I was hoping if anyone knows that if I went to the Orange shop and spoke to them could I possibly get a couple of quid knocked off per month?

For exactly the same package the network will always do you a better deal. Car phone warehouse will always try to upsell aswell. And why would you want a blackberry anyway?

It's worth sigining up to one of these sites and checking to see how much you'll pay for the phone and plan that you want, then popping along to whichever company you prefer and then negotiating with them, by asking for a discount or asking them to match your online offer and maybe throw some extras in for you!
