WHITTINGHAMS TRICK AT FREE KICKS

Mate told me this last night. Ex keeper.

Whitts uses power and accuracy, but his trick is that he will decide right or left
corner, irrespective of where he's taking the free-kick from. Then leather it. The
lad told me that keepers do not want to be stood still as he hits it in case they have
too much ground to cover. So just as Whitts is about to connect, they will shift all
their weight either left or right (and pray )...If they put all their weight, or
take half a step in the wrong direction, then they are never going to get back. I been
watching his free-kicks on the laptop for an hour now its true!!!

Even the Blackpool keeper. At the very second Whitts connects you can see him put
his weight onto his right foot. Even though he was still close to the left hand post...
that bit of movement right meant he was nevr getting back

They are just like penalties, but he gives the keeper a better chance

His best free kick so far this season IMO was against Millwall and was in a similar position to yesterday's and it flew top corner but it was ruled out for pulling in the box. That was harsh on Whitts as it went no where near any player .
Between Whitts and Bellers opposition teams must shit themselves when we have those free kicks.

his main trick t.a is a high% end up in the net.tbf most keepers are getting a hand on them.usually when they are fishing the ball out the net.blokes a nightmare at the moment.play well ,give a free kick away and bang .don,t tackle anyone and don,t give free kicks away and you lose 5.0 like we did the other week

Left or the right Hmmm so if the goalkeeper moves to the left ad the right on a gamble the next free kick smash it in the middle . It would be a dead cert
