FREE 5K RUN EVERY SATURDAY AT BRYN BACH PARK

its 2 and a half laps Ebbw Blue .... its a brilliant way to start a saturday morning ... get up there!

Got an achiles injury at the moment will do when recovered. Will pass on to other runners I know.

I did bring my stuff down to do it when I was last in Cardiff but a major hangover from the Huddersfield game and suffering from shinsplints meant I was only going to end up in one place, and as always ended up puggled!

Even if you don't fancy the run, they always need volunteers to marshall the race etc.

your right about being a great way to start the day off .... i used to drive down to cardiff to do them before my injury problems, i did about 20 of them ... at the moment im marshalling and volunteers are very important to its success!
