Need job Advice

Well i am working at the moment because it pays the bills but the money not good and hours are bad, i am looking to get into some physical work i.e window fitting site work roofing painting building work etc or printing work but the problem is i got no skills or experience apart from helping out friends on dooing houses up , but i cant afford to go to college because i got children to support and bills to pay etc

so i was wondering if anyone knows of anyone hiring or can put me in the rite direction ,

The best advice I can give mate, is get yourself out there. Go to a site and ask to speak to the Construction Manager and have a chat to him, I did this for years while living in London and always got the start sooner or later

Cscs card for construction sites,
PTS card for railway,
Get these done if you can, starting to pick up a bit.

The only problem is these courses cost money, but can earn good money.
Cscs card is the cheapest, about £50 - £65. Also cscs is now starting to be required for rail construction as well as PTS.
