My boy was the same to start with but after a couple of games he was fine. Pays more attention than me now and gets himself very excited!

Taken 2 of my kids since they turned 5, take it in turns to go. At the start, either sat in Family Stand or Grand Stand. Due to cost of Grand Stand for kids & lack of tickets available for Family Stand, bought a Family Stand season ticket from last season.

Took my 9 year old lad too last Sunday. He's been once or twice before but never been remotely interested, (his twin sister has shown more interest than him when they've been before) and doesn't watch any footy games on the tele. I think anything he's learnt about football is thru playing Fifa on Xbox. However, last Sunday he seemed to get well into into it, asking loads of questions, clapping etc. Bought him a scarf outside the ground before we went in. First thing he asked when he got home Sunday was if I could put his scarf up on his bedroom wall - RESULT.

Same thing happen with my brother couple of years ago, offered him to go but said no they were 'crap' more into Liverpool
But at his school he was given a voucher for a game all of a sudden he wanted to go (must've been cos his mate were going) as I was in the bob bank terrace I had no problems with seats it was Burnley home 2006 and Chopra scored the winner that night he said 'Ross I support Cardiff now' RESULT
