How much are you looking to lend?

Have you got a business plan etc drawn up?

I retired a few months ago after 42 years in banking. Unfortunately, as your personal credit history is so poor, you have no chance of obtaining business borrowing from a high street bank in the present climate. Any chance of a loan from a family member or friend to get you started?

Firstly you need a business plan with realistic projected earnings, you should get a accountant to do this for you to look as professional as possible make sure you've covered every conceivable out going. Then you can approach people like Business in Focus or finance Wales.

You got no chance --- the banks are more skint than you !

Seriously --- DONT take a loan , start from scratch , if you got a £100 turn it to £200 etc , 200 to 400 etc etc . Build yourself mate always the best way , if your idea is that good invite an investor as a partner with more experience.

A shop ???? shops are dying mate --- hope you got a bloody good idea !!! otherwise your burn your money anyway and still have to pay the loan !!

You could write a business plan, total waste of time but the duming down of UK education post Thatcher chances are you'll find some fuckwit stupid enough to lend you the money as long as the boxes are ticked. Whether the business has potential is irrelevant, just tick the boxes.

"To stick it to man" perhaps some KY jelly and sign up to CCMB?
