Here are details of some of the events in Serbia.

Sunday 9th September

Belgrade Orphanage Visit 4pm - Dom Za Decu Bez Rodutelja

Wales visited this orphanage twice in 2003 and it will be a nostalgic return for the fans who helped this childrens home back then. Some of the children still remember the Wales fans after they beat us in a 5-a-side game. If you would like to join the visit the address is Ustanicka 19, about 10 minutes in a taxi from Central Belgrade. Any donations of t shirts, toys etc would be welcome.

Monday 10th September

First Belgrade High School Visit. 11am 'Bring a Book Appeal'

If you have any old books lying around the First Belgrade High School in belgrade would love to have them. A visit will take place to the School, based at Cara Dusana Street, No 61, and books which would be good would be any in Geography, History, Biology, Chemistry, Literature, Maths, Art, but any books would be greatly appreciated

If you would like to attend the visit, please email dragonhaslanded3@aol.co.uk or you can just bring your book to the buses on Tuesday as any extra will be donated to the school on Wednesday.


Serbia Fans v Wales Supporters game 5pm

Wales Supporters are celebrating ten years since their formation with a game against Serbian fans at the Stadium of Srem FC in Jakovo, around 10 miles outside Belgrade. The meeting place is Plato Square at 3pm.

Andrew Dowling Live at the Passenger Bar from 8pm

Jukebox Star Andrew Dowling sings live at the Passenger Bar Simina 5 In Belgrade. Andrew will be doing two sets of popular pop songs and football related songs. The event is in aid of Gol's project in 2013, Kick4Life in Lesortho, Africa and tickets will be 1000 dinar (just over £6), which will include a draw for a signed Wales shirt in the price and a complimentary drink of local beer.

Tuesday 11th September

Buses to match

Buses to Novi Sad leave Plato Square at 2pm. If you are a lead name please see myself or Leigh at the Plato Bar from 1pm so we can advise on bus numbers and distribute tickets. Buses will stop at the Novi Sad Fortress on arrival, before departing to the game. Further information given on the day.

PS Tuesday 16th October - Zagreb to Osijek Buses - If you wish to travel by bus from Zagreb to Osijek and haven't already been in touch, can you please email asap, as we are currently waiting to see if we can organise another bus. Price £35, leaving Zagreb at 12.30pm.
