Netflix

Anyone got it? How much is it and is it worth the money? :ayatollah:

£5.99 a month, plenty of crap on there but has some decent gear. tv selection is better than its film selection, has all of 24, some dexter, breaking bad, arrested development, IT crowd, the american office..

love film has better film options though

It's alright, but i cancelled mine, it's free for a month though, went with lovefilm instead.

had it for the last few months.

I enjoy it because im not fussy about how old a film is. if you just want newish films, then its not for you.

Netflix is good for its TV shows. Some of the films are good but I got the money's worth out of Heroes, Dexter, Breaking Bad, etc.

Definitely worth it but it needs to be updated more often IMO.

Also if you used a VPS/VPN and go through a US server you can watch other stuff from America. Thats what I do at university.

Also, US netflix is much better i agree, if you're watching on xbox/ps3 etc just change your DNS settings to get US version

£5.99.

Very good for TV shows. I've been watching Breaking Bad, 24 and Arrested Development, and still have the likes of Lost and Dexter to have a look at. It isn't quite as strong when it comes to movies, but I managed to watch The Expendables for the first time last night thanks to the service.

They've also added Iron Man 2 in the last 24 hours.

It's well worth it! Although it may be worth also paying to use an American DNS (like someone mentioned above) content on the UK Netflix is OK, a bit lack-luster compared to the much bigger library on the US Netflix. All you need to do is change your DNS and you can swap between the UK/US Netflix as freely as you like. You may find some free US DNS but I pay for mine, it's only £3 a month and really reliable. http://unblock-us.com/

Even If it wasn't a word, It would be a spelling and not a grammar issue. Try again though!

I'm not sure what you mean by interfering with gaming...if you're changing the DNS, all it does is tricks Netflix to thinking you're located in the US, you still have your same connection speed from your ISP so no, it shouldn't interfere at all. I use my US DNS on my PS3 to watch US Netflix and play fifa online no problems :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
