Pace & Width

Sun Sep 02, 2012 5:24 pm

We have been crying out for pace and width and a change in formation and MM delivers.

Today was watching a totally transformed team after the dull football since Christmas. We went forward and looked as if we could score a lot of goals.

Super Kev was outstanding today. Whitts played a blinder but Noone and Smith on the flanks were also outstanding. It was a pleasure to watch todays performance. Long let it continue. Plenty of pace and width and oh yeah we have Bellers to come back as well. Hopefully onwards and upwards. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

T'was an excellent game. I would, however, like to see Mason in for Helguson vs. Leeds.

Helg looked tired early on, whilst Mason was constantly hungry for the ball.

All-in-all, a top performance today.

Thought Helguson had a very good game. Won a lot of ball in the air against a big Wolves team, held the ball up well and he did not stop running. I would like to see the same team against Leeds. :ayatollah:
