Malky taking Noone and Maynard off
But perfect tactics really.
Great win.
Apart from the Marshall cock-up it was a very very solid defensive display
against one of the 'alleged' best attacks in the division.
Noone? awesome
Maynard.... We ALL know he's going to score loads

You could see Maynard was making intelligent runs ,goals will come. Noone is quality and very tricky.

Thought it was a solid display today.
Agree that both maynard and noone looked quality signings.
Would like to see Mason starting before Helguson though and still Bellamy to come back an Kim Bo to come in
good times ahead

I thought smith was excellent as well today. What a bench we had plus bellers and others waiting in the wings

Smith looked very good. Great signing. I SOOO wanted Malky to go for broke, get kim Bo
on and get another few goals. But he got it right. Wolves had nowhere to go, his tactics
never gave them a sniff.

the 451 is still there, when he brought mason on we reverted back to it.
Its fine, actually a good tactic as we were getting overrun in the middle today, but obviously, with the amount of attacking talent in the team we have to play with two up top

I wouldnt say it was a Marshall cock up mate, just one of those free kicks that was 'hit and hope' and it squeezed in. other than that, Marshall was solid, along with the whole performance!!

I reckon he will do 4-5-1 against Leeds as they will come to bully us

Good decisions. I was dying to see Kimbo on the pitch though. Gunna miss the Leeds game

I can't believe we've still got players of his quality on the bench! I'm just not used to this situation!
Has the makings of a severe beating for Dirty Leeds. Shame you can't go. Hopefully, someone will post the goals up for you fairly quickly, though.

Tactics spot on I think.
Loved to have seem Kimbo but MM decided to close out the game with 10/15 mins to go and it worked.
Cowie seemed to work well stopping any attacks on our left and Wolves seemed to give up, and looked lost and drained, well before the end.
This meant we had none of the usual late pressure as we concede late goals.
Mason did not seem his usual self but he may have been under instruction to defend further back towards the half way line, and keep a solid shape for the team.
