Was down the vale when it was confirmed that Maynard is on hs way to the CCFC for hs medical - was also advised that this was the only issue out standing

Drove to CCFC, then saw, someone from the club who confrmed what I had been told by the other ccfc official had told me and that Maynard was on the M4 to us!!!

Other news about the team - they looked really well today, lots of practice involving crosses from both wings really impressve,
Kmbo really sharp. Everyone trained except Turner & Bellamy. McPhail & Gestede trained away fron the team.

Wheres he coming from Scotland ? Supposed to have had left at 7am today

Medicals can take a few hours

He coming the long way to avoid passing Bristol as is son is in the car and really concerned about him picking up the Wurzel accent.

I was there when Malky was called over and was told by the official - I then asked the official - hence my post - Oh and apparently this will be the last deal done today

Yeah, Noone was there, and as stated a great deal of emphasis was on the crossing the ball from both wings - cant wait for Sunday!!

Deal had to be done by 12 today to be able to play on weekend

i assumed it could be done at anytime today considering we play on Sunday.

when they say weekend do they mean saturday or saturday and sunday
