I hate looking for a car when you don't really know what car you are after. So to save on time do anyone know of places within the cardiff and vale area who sell reasonable cars at reaonable prices..?

I'd drive into Barry and check out a few of the garages there. There's several on Barry Rd, and more elsewhere but generally they are cheap cars.

Otherwise John Loyn cars on City Rd have been pretty good in the past.

Could be worth checking Autotrader/Ebay/Gumtree first for local cars, but not all garages use these.

You won't get better than this chap. Check out the website the prices he can offer cars at are far lower than any dealer. Most are quite expensive models in his stock, he will headhunt any car you want any spec.

I know 3 people including myself who have bought from him and we all had excellent deals.
