Helguson is a good addition but.....

Sun Aug 26, 2012 6:48 pm

I'm sure he's always had a strike partner rather than being alone up front whenever he was with both Watford and QPR and thats why he got all those valuable goals for them.

I can see him being a scapegoat in the eyes of our ageist fans but if we play to his strengths then I'm convinced he will do a good job.

Yes your right.
Maybe things will change soon.
Changes needed from management to prevent us dropping more points.
A fish rots from the head down.

He needs to play up with someone who knows how he likes to play.
which i feel hes petter at playing it slow and on the ground with long passes. :ayatollah:

I don't think he needs someone alongside him just more support.
The likes of Bellamy, Kim, Smith need to be up supporting him much quicker.

Has anyone thought that heaven forbid, Malky has a plan to use certain players in certain formations for certain games to maximise their effectiveness, isn't that the whole benefit of having a big squad.

I know, it may seem like a radical idea, but why not just leave it to the proffesional experts that work with these players day in and day out, wonder if that may catch on.

Possibly Malky will read Adam's message and use the knowledge and experience that Adam gained whilst watching his two league games last year, but somehow, I doubt it.

Yes but the early signs are that Malky has his favourites and he has stuck to the same pattern for 3 games on the trot irrespective of the opposition. I agree inasmuch as that is what he should be doing....but he aint showing any signs,,,,,,YET :ayatollah:

Course they are, even those that don't watch us, but surely others are allowed different opinions to yours, or isn't that how it works?

sorry but you are the person who stated 'leave it to the professional experts' so that would mean that every fan of a football club shouldn't have an opinion about whats going at the pitch. As you know Gwyn there has been many, many professionals in the game of football who have failed over the years but hey ho whatever Gwyn says.....

I have it on good authority that Malky gives great weight to Browny's tactical insights, despite thr fact he only came to two games.

Of all people, I would never have thought you would listen to Gwyn's tiresome spin especailly when you seen what he stated about disabilities which he constantly denied.

I didn't state leave it to the professionals at all, I simply asked the question "why not leave it to the professionals" is asking what would appear to be a reasonable question which is after all just my opinion, isn't that what a message board/forum is based on.(that sounds a bit familiar to me)
