Bristol tore us apart yesterday with their pace out wide and upfront. Everyone seems to agree that we are fragile at the back and need pace up front and out wide.. Are we still looking for new players? Can MM see these issues?

Our defence is a worry. Turner was out yesterday and we looked lost without him, although I do think Connelly will turn out to be a good defender for us, he just needs a few games to get up to speed, we are a bit light in that department though, if no more defenders are coming in then I hope we don't get any serious injurys in that department! I also think we do have the pace in our squad...bellamy, harris, kim bo when he finally arrives! Malky just needs to utilise it better, he needs to loosen the reigns and take more risks instead of being so conservative, we have the players to match anything in this league so I'd rather see us go for it, especially at home, it will lift the home crowd which will then lift our team.

Don't agree that Bristol tore us apart, as the first 2 goals were down to awful defending and decision making!
Not sure about the third, as I didn't have such a good view of the build up and the fourth was down to a poor pass by Connolly, where one pass was then threaded in behind both centre backs for Baldock to race in and beat Marshall!
I thought our full backs did okay overall, I can't remember them being beaten for pace at any time and IMO, it was in the centre of our defence where we were found wanting!
