HOW SHIT ARE CARDIFF CITY?

Lets cast our minds back only five weeks or so....

We were REALLY shit then. No WAY were them pesky Malaysians going to
back Malky. Squad was shit, no sign of any improvement. Other Clubs were
signing players but oh no... not Cardiff. We're relegation fodder. Bag of shite.
...according to many on this board.

Then we signed Mutch, Lewis, Helgusson, Kim Bo. The whole board was crying
out to sign Bellamy. We got Velikonja, Connolly now Smith. Get in there!! The
City are going up. No mention of "oops perhaps we should have give it a few
weeks" or "f**k me we look a bunch of cunts"... nah, we aint sorry.

Now?

Poor start. Team have not really gelled and Malky's system isn't working at all yet.
Something isnt quite right. Somethings wrong, or somethings missing. Though we
have a much stronger squad than last season, it still seems to be the same old
negative, no penetration football. I'm not happy. I think Malky needs to change
something

but thats it!!!

Three games in. Suddenly with one win one draw and one defeat, Malkys job is on
the line. Do me a f*cking favour.

Four weeks from now, I'll fall on my sword if he hasnt changed things drastically
and we arent winning. I'll hold my hands up.

Yes its only one defeat but the manner of it in every was was dire if you was there you could see it wasnt working from the 1st 5mins yet nothing changed at all untill 2-0 down which could have been 4-5 by HT

But this is my whole point. He HAS the money and the players he wanted now. There
is an attack-minded manager in there somewhere. Last season he didnt have the squad
to change things. This season he does. Now is his true test as a manager. On here its as
if he's already failed. But when (please God) he turns it around... the knockers will all
be up his arse again like nothing ever happened

If Bellamy, Kim Bo, Conway, Mutch, Gunnarsson, Whittingham, Veikonja
are not enough for Malky to get an attacking formation out then yes. There
may be a problem. Give it a couple more weeks. My opinion.

Ive waited and waited and waited for City to start playing like his Watford team that tore us a new arsehole but no, not happening, even with a sqaud as talented as this he stills plays his rigid hoofball with square pegs in round holes.

And its not 3 games Dave, lets be brutally honest here, the football since January has been absolute garbage, not that the footall before it was much cop but we grind out the results. Even someone as optimistic you has to admit that.

yesterdays game had nothing to do with a team not yet gelled......it was to all to do with a team that looked half hearted and a team really not sure what the manager expected of them.....at times we played nothing better than park football....we need to improve and quickly

We ground out results after January with a small squad and somehow got to
the Play-offs. I give him credit for that but now he has got all the players he
wanted there can be no excuses. We want to see football played and goals scored.
(and a tight defence). I totally agree. I just think we should all bite our lip for
a couple more weeks. Im not a bullshitter. I understand its easy for me to say from
the other side of the World. But I had to drive into the desert for an hour to find a
mast and a signal to get CCW so i could listen. It didnt sound good. Malky has got
to get the formula right. the clock is ticking. Agreed
