But he had previously put on Mason and Velikonja and still had Helguson on the pitch so slipping on someone with fresh legs and an eye for a pass was hardly the worst idea, if anything it should have been done earlier.

Ralls has shown he's worth a chance. Superb passer and capable of scoring form distance. Nothing wrong witht that change. Would have liked to see Conway given a run mind and worry he might be next out with Kim, Bellers and Smith likely to all be in front of him.

hasd earbnie been on we would have lost the ball 30 yards back or been caught offside.

What killed us today was stupid passes, poor defending, not the lack of a striker who couldn't play to our strength which sadly at the moment is attackign aeriel balls aminly from set-pieces. We had our best 3 strikers on the pitch and scored 2 second half goals, coming close with many more. If we could have defended properly, and not given the ball away cheaply, at crucial moments we would have won today. Nothing Earnie would have done to help that.

I tried to edit it but wasn't allowed. Anyway IMHO Malky should have played Keinan as he's match fit and has partnered Hudson successfully in the past. I reckon at least 2 of their goals were down to poor defending caused by confusion on roles. Also mason should have started alongside/behind Helguson. He's our biggest threat at the moment.

agree about earnie his best days are behind him,but as he actually was on the bench dont you think in the same situation as ralls was in he would have done better considering he is a striker
