I like MM and feel that he will turn out to be one of the best managers the club as ever had but sometimes a bit of advice from a more experienced person who has been there before can help him.

Personally I think that he's too scared of losing a game and would rather set up a team whos hard to beat rather than one who can control a game and play attractive football .

Theres no-one on the board that football wise Malky has to answer to.

At least Ridler could pull DJ in and rollick him when standards were not up to scratch. No football man at the club to give Malky a boot up the arse if and when he needs it.

Yeh. Lenny is a real legend in the game. :?

I can see it now, after 20 straight defeats:

Yeh, erm, well, erm... sit down Malky, or stand up..up to you. Not too happy with the
results to be honest, their not that bad mind.

Erm.......

Erm.......

Who says it has to be Lennie?

Although over 1000 games in management, hes pretty well qualified I would suggest.

There's no point playing attractive football if you're not hard to beat.

Lennon is a dinosaur along with the likes of Dave Jones, yesterday men with outdated approaches to football. Why the f**k would we want a director of football when we have a perfectly competent, exciting and ambitious young manager who is doing a pretty good job so far.

Fergie is older than Lawrence. Wouldnt class him a dinosaur.

I dont think Ray is asking for Lennie to take training or choose the tactics just could lend his management experience to a young up and coming manager.

Management is about more than just coaching and tactics.
