Against a backdrop of the words "working together we can do more" he announced a public inquiry into the recent incident at a mine and only mentioned looking at Lonmin's role in it. D'oh!
34 people were shot dead by the police and yet he only mentioned the foreign owners role in it. Is he the new Robert Mugabe or what?

Incompetent bully boy on a power-trip. Abuses his position and favours his inner circle, as well as those with superfluous 'brown envelopes' with his name on.

Typical biased reporting.
Leaving out the most important parts of the whole story.
Did not realise myself until yesterday.
There were 44 dead including 2 police.
But they are only mentioning the ones in the later incidents when the police shot (allegedly) 34 people/rioters.
All started as a fight between 2 unions and people were killed, so police moved in to stop the trouble and 2 police were killed.
Then the union/rioters attacked the police with machetes and the police opened fire, leaving 34 dead.

Didn't seem biased to me. It is a fact that the police shot 34 men dead in one incident.
Post apartheid South Africa seems to still have some attachments to the past.
