My dad took me to watch my beloved bluebirds for the first time, it was mid eighties and we played Halifax , we sat in the grand stand in NInian Park, however I can't remember which year exactly as I would like to get the match programme.
We drew I think, I was only about 5 years old.
My parents got divorced and I moved to London, I returned to Cardiff in 1992 dad and I started going again, on the bob bank this time, which became home to us.
My dad has been a regular since 1959 I can't ask him about the game as I want the programme to be a kind of present to go with some other CIty items I've collected.
Any help please guys, the older ones ideally lol

I think they are in the conference. But not sure.
It's sad but I kind of miss those days stood in the rain watching us trail 2-0 and preying we would score.
Then Nathan Blake exploded onto the scene, one of my fave players in a city shirt, him and Ernie .
Does anyone remember the Nathan Blake song, about fruit machines not quoting it as I will get banned but it was meant in a nice way back then.

Yes and Stant had a song to the same tune ending in "he fought the Argentine."

I was there if it was the miserable midweek game. I think Ford belted a shot miles high and wide just before the full-time whistle went. Those were the days. I think some bloke had an eppy on the Bob Bank that day. I'd never seen one before.
