Goals Scored 2012/13

There seems to be a lot of topics on the forum at the mo regarding the need for another goal scorer. We scored 66 goals last season and 76 the season before. How many goals do you think we will score this season based on the current squad.

60 - 70

Being the eternal optimist I've gone for 80+.

I know things have been tight in the opening 2 games but when the team gels fully and Kimbo is here I think we'll fly.

Huddersfield and Brighton away are two very tough games.

From the display seen on the first two games I'm going for 30-40. Not really a bad thing. Winning 1-0 / Drawing 0-0 every game keeping our heads down with clean sheets is promotion style no matter how scrappy/low scoring it is.

City scored 66 goals last season, both home & away, so for an automatic promotion place, we really should be aiming for the 70-80 mark this season, with less goals against than last season as well.
