Realistically, do you think we will sell-out week in/week out with a 35,000 capacity stadium in the Premier League?

Maybe not sell out each game but will shift plus 30000. Just think of the dell. Saints moved to there new stadium and somehow found an extra 10000. They never sold out at the dell. Bigger stadiums tend to sell, and the premiership is an attraction to new fans, or arm chair fans, might not be to everyone's taste on here but it does happen.

I think we'd sell another 7-10000 season tickets.
Swanseas went up by 8000 and they could have sold thousands more, and thats from a smaller catchment area.
If we sold say 8000 more that would give us 26000 s.ts, then 4000 seats for away fans leaving only 5000 for sale on the day. So the answer is we'd have 30-32k for the less exciting clubs and sell out for all the bigger clubs. By that I'd say ManU, Man C, Liverpool, Newcastle, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs probablt Villa, Southampton, Sunderland and of course Swansea
So yes the expansion is justified -as long as we stay up.
By the way we could probably sell 2-3000 extra season tickets even in the Championship if we expanded the Family Stand, which IMHO should be done anyway if the funds are available.

Basically yes, maybe a few more than 30k each week, but the away end won't sell out when we are playing Wigan

Yes are history tells us so ! In the 1951-1952 season we played Leeds utd in a promotion game that got us promoted with an Attend.of over 51,000. The following season back in top flight football Old Division1 our average Attend. was 38,000 the same season our highest record league Attend. over 57,900 Ninian park - Cardiff city v Arsenel.
