On a slightly related note, why is it that the country ranked 46th in Fifa's World Rankings (Scotland, if you can't be bothered to google it) seems to generate such vast numbers of football managers? Is it the gritty approach? Is there a managers' training camp up there?

And on a seperate but related note again, I have seen some criticism of Malky Mackay recently, and personally, I still think he's a top manager, and I shudder slightly in excitement when he's about to appear on tv.
