Never rated him, even when doing well with Swansea. Everyone kept telling me how wrong I was but always said he would fail as soon as he left the jacks for another big club just like he did at Reading. Time will tell if im right or wrong on that one.

he took over a club on the up with Swansea and just added one or two players to take them where they needed. If they hadn't won the play off final I doubt he'd have got them promoted the next year.

With Liverpool, like Reading, they expect success so that's a completely different environment to be in.


I expect the dressing room to turn on him within a month or two if thing don't improve.
