Running For Fitness !

Running is the most effective cardio exercise. Running is effective in almost every type of fitness issue. Running is good for our whole body fitness specially for hips, thighs and legs. It also target our stomach and flatten it. Running is more effective in the morning time before breakfast because in the morning our body tends to react more to exercise effects.

How mush do you run daily..?

Running is rubbish. Like Joan Rivers said "I'll start running when I see someone smiling whilst they are doing it!"

I run at least three times a week, on top of football training. I likes to keeps myself fit I do see :D

Currently training for the Cardiff half marathon so running 3 times a week. Aiming to do a 4.5 miler mid week, a 3 on a saturday and then an 8 to 10 on a Sunday.

Can't quite manage to run in the morning as I'm a later riser and usually work or have other commitments like church etc. Really appreciate any sponsorship http://www.justgiving.com/nathanielfreeman

Natman....I run for charities as well, since 2005, run about 6 miles a day. Good luck with your fundraising

Running is awesome fair play.

I do x3 sessions per week as well as some weights.
Interval runs x2 during mid week (2 mins intense running and 2 mins easy) for 4 to 5 miles and 10 miles on a Sunday.
