WHAT PROTESTS ARE BANNED?

Thu Aug 16, 2012 8:43 pm

So I have heard the news that protesting peacefully about something you disagree with is now not allowed in this country and We are being told we can't protest so .Just to clear a few things up at what point is a protester protesting?,I have read many on here saying their protest is wearing blue ........that will show them won't it!
So
Exactly what is deemed to be a protest?
1.Standing outside the ground shouting keep cardiff blue?
2.standing outside with a blue shirt on?
3.standing outside with a banner saying keep cardiff blue?
4.sitting in the ground with a blue shirt on?
5.sitting in the ground with a banner shoutingg keep cardiff blue?
6.sitting in the ground shouting anything to do with blue?
7.running on the pitch naked with a blue banner shoved up your arse?
8.all of the above
The answer is???????????????

If you answered 7 I would agree and they should be banned,if your answer was 1 to 6 then this country is fucked.

You've missed out hurling abuse and making threats and carrying out violence towards anyone that is wearing red which is pretty much your forte. That is why the club won't allow any protest on its land as it doesn't want to run the risk of violence from people like yourself at the first game of the season, when TG and VT are there and in front of the Sky Cameras. Makes pretty much good sense to me.

Don't forget the countless requests to 'meet up', find out my seat number and/or telephone number

On what grounds could you file a legal complaint of slander? Get a grasp of basic legal knowledge and don't try to sound big knowing a little about something.

So
Exactly what is deemed to be a protest?
1.Standing outside the ground shouting keep cardiff blue?
Up to them who want to do this
2.standing outside with a blue shirt on?
i would hope everyone will have blue shirts
3.standing outside with a banner saying keep cardiff blue?
Again up to them who want to do this
4.sitting in the ground with a blue shirt on?
hopefully it will be a sea of blue
5.sitting in the ground with a banner shoutingg keep cardiff blue?
Seems pointless because we can not keep it blue this season we are red thats how it is for this season alone and hopefully they will change it back if they do listen to fans as the club are saying they will over this season about the colour/joke badge, this might get out of hand and spill on to the pitch
6.sitting in the ground shouting anything to do with blue?
Lets hope its a blue army and bluebirds chant all night
7.running on the pitch naked with a blue banner shoved up your arse?
Got something planned daz

Anything said or done tonight or any other game, will not change the fact that we are red?

Dont get the point anyway, will be bad publicity for our club, SKY will have a field day with it.

Just ride it out for one year, then let your feelings known at the end of the season when we go up :)

He may be able to try for "libel" action {certainly not slander though} but how he would prove his reputation had been tarnished and how it will effect his life im not so sure :?

Quite what he'll do with the written evidence against it via the PMs he sent me or the countless people who saw him post things in the public forum though I'm not quite sure

Im unsure what that is to prove? Is that going towards evidence of slander? All that proves is a PM conversation with equal no starters for both of you.

Re: WHAT PROTESTS ARE BANNED?

Fri Aug 17, 2012 2:31 pm

Protest just outside the boundary and when or if the cameras get on the action move inside and let them film everyone being moved on. But and a big but there would have to be very good numbers or it would be a massive own goal. If it is done correctly it would get good press. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

If you read it I pm'd to try and clear up the misunderstanding and wasn't sure if you would ready the thread again where i gave the explanation. You were wound up because I got your name wrong due to the predictive text on my phone. I wanted to try and sort things out to get on with each other but you just came back with that threat of "Are you looking for trouble"

I'm quite happy with debating!

Yes I have messaged the mods a few times over your appalling behaviour, twice, maybe three times but hardly daily. The threat was one and then where you were equating your 'right to protest' with the experiences of those in the second world war which was distasteful and disrespectful! Obviously they felt it was warranted as they have addressed this with you otherwise you wouldn't have known about it!

Paul, I was trying to sort things out. What he conveniently misses is the first bit of the PM I'd sent him. Unfortunately there's no reasoning;
